St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Council Bluffs

Located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, St. Patrick’s Church was founded in 1924 as the city’s fourth Catholic parish. With a growing parish, a new church was needed to serve the registered families. Preparations for the new church began when the land was purchased on State Orchard Road in June 2008. After a long planning process, construction started in May 2016. SyncQuip Mechanical Group was honored to provide a complete turnkey HVAC & mechanical package for the church. The church features hydronic in-floor heat throughout much of the church and a combination of Lennox & Daikin Split Systems. In the kitchen, SyncQuip installed a large Captivaire hood for ventilation.
