Perrigo Animal Health Distribution Center

Perrigo’s new 350,000 SF distribution center is located on a 40-acre site in La Vista, Nebraska. The general warehousing area was outfitted with four Greenheck MUA units supplemented by an engineered Roberts Gordon CoRayVac infrared radiant tube heating system. The office suite is conditioned utilizing a Mitsubishi VRF heat recovery heat pump system. The space is controlled by an Innotech building automation system designed, installed, and maintained by Syncquip Mechanical Group’s building energy division.
