Some people love nothing more than to make small talk about what they’ve done. How about some big talk though? One look inside Perrigo Animal Health’s La Vista Distribution Center and you will start feeling very tiny.
A couple years ago, we took on a large, but straightforward HVAC project with Midwest DCM as the General Contractor. This massive warehouse — just under 350,000 square feet — is outfitted with four Greenheck make-up air units and supplemented with Roberts Gordon CoRayVac infrared radiant tube heating. The office suite (just a small portion of this massive building!) is heated and cooled by a Mitsubishi VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) heat recovery heat pump system.
The building features a building automation system from Innotech Controls, giving Perrigo full control over their energy usage and building comfort from anywhere in the world. See more photos and details in the project profile.
