We are looking for an energetic and motivated Project Manager to take our project materials purchasing, project management, and after-sales experience to the next level. Your focus will remove the install departments’ constraints by having essential products available on time.

Roles + Responsibilities – Strategic
|Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocations. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with the company’s human and equipment resources.
|Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize project efficiency and ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
|Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with HVAC projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Proactively address any roadblocks to ensure project progress.
|Stakeholder Communication: Establish effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, sub-contractors, and suppliers. Keep stakeholders informed about project status, milestones, and any deviations from the original plan.
|Financial Analysis: Maintain value & cost analysis for HVAC projects, considering various factors such as materials, labor, and equipment. Develop budget estimates and monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to financial objectives.
Roles + Responsibilities – Tactical
|Install Revenue Management: Ensure Install payment applications, invoicing, install department time, and material billings are costed and completed in a timely manner.
|Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day implementation of HVAC projects, ensuring tasks are completed as per the project plan. Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed to meet project milestones and deadlines.
|Install Project Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the project team, including HVAC technicians, contractors, and subcontractors in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to drive team productivity and project success.
|Install Project Change Management: Handle changes in project scope, timelines, or resources and assess their impact on project deliverables. Effectively manage change requests to prevent project delays and budget overruns.
|Install Department Issue Resolution: Address project-related issues and conflicts promptly. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify viable solutions and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
|Install Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including;
|Sub-Contract Management: Handle sub-contract paperwork, changes in project scope, timelines, or resources, and assess their impact on project deliverables. Effectively manage change requests to prevent project delays and budget overruns.
